As most of you know, I use the wisdom of Astrology in my work with leaders to help them plan intentionally and maximize their feeling of flow in life and in work.
This week on the 20th a major shift happens that will open the door for all of us in unique ways. It also welcomes a critical invitation for the world to create massive change transformational change.
How will this affect you? Let’s dive in.
The exact transit I’m referring to is Pluto moving into the sign of Aquarius. Pluto is the planet furthest away from Earth and stays in one sign for between 14 and 30 years! It’s been 248 years since it has transited Aquarius, so when these shifts happen they are transformational for us all.
Pluto is a karmic planet that guides our personal evolution and the energy of endings and beginnings/death and rebirth. Pluto’s energy can feel intense, because it asks us to dive deep into our psyche and align with our TRUTH. Pluto rules the sign of Scorpio, so those of you with placements in Scorpio (like me!) know this energy well and can’t stop transforming things (Am I right?).
Aquarius is ruled by the planet Uranus which invites in sudden changes, revolutions and rebellions benefiting the collective and the forward movement of technological innovations.
These two energies together can ignite powerful and quick outbursts, shifts, transfers of power, and “deaths and rebirths” born of truth and revolutionary change. This energy feel like, “The time is now! We will NOT go backward!”
The last time Pluto was in Aquarius our world experienced…

Most recently when Pluto “peaked” into Aquarius from from March 23, 2023 – June 10, 2023…

Certainly we all have been witnessing and experiencing both technological and scientific advances, as well as heart-breaking suffering and loss in our world. We can expect continued “rebellions” and advances—both positive and negative as we usher in this Aquarius Age urging us to make these important internal and external “revolutionary” changes that will advance us all forward, even if it hurts.
So, how do I personally experience and leverage this transit?
First, it’s always helpful to consult your Natal Chart and/or have a session with your Astrologer to understand how it is personally affecting you and what specific lessons and growth this 20-year transit is uniquely asking of you. I’m happy to support you in this endeavor, if you’re curious!

- What are my most fundamental truths about myself and my life?
- What needs to end or begin both inside of me and outside of me in order for me to honor my truths?
- What changes and transformations have I been avoiding making that will launch me forward in life (even if they are scary or hard)?
- Where must I take a leap of faith and do something that would shock me and others around me?
- How can I differentiate myself and my work?
- How can I embrace new technologies?
- Who is in my tribe and how can I contribute more to my tribe?
- How can I make this world a better place? What is my role?
- What causes do I believe in and support? How can I be a stronger voice for them?
