I’m a woman with many roles…

And my most cherished one is as “Mom” to my incredibly talented and heart-centered children, Jacob (a.k.a. “TechChase” – EDM DJ & Producer in Nashville, TN), and Nia, an Environmental Studies Major. They remind me to stay ever-present in gratitude, and as a family we are committed to following our bliss and creating positive change in the world.

As a Certified Professional Coach I’ve been serving leaders for nearly two decades, helping them to get out of their own way, show up authentically, reclaim their voice and purpose, make their mind, body & spirit health a priority, and design sacred lives so they can feel whole and successful in their roles and cultivate leaders all around them.
Today, my business is a beautiful mixture of all the modalities that I have been passionate about all my life. As a Coach & High Priestess I am proud to bring together both worlds of practicality and mysticism to help leaders from the inside out. I like to say that I’m The Coach for the Modern Mindful Leader seeking a Sacred, Spiritual and Successful Life! In "Woo Woo language" I’m like The High Priestess and The Magician (in Tarot) combined, offering a variety of tools and opportunities to help leaders feel and live sacred, truly meaningful lives.
